Daugherty's philanthropic mission is to be a leader in corporate citizenship, and through strategic utilization of our resources, improve the quality of life in the communities in which we live and work. Our Good Works Team plans philanthropic contributions and activities and helps promote Good Works throughout the organization. Any employee can be a part of the team. Since 1999 our employees have contributed over $120,000 to the United Way, with Daugherty matching that amount for a total contribution of $240,000.
