Why I chose Daugherty
I had 18 years experience in software engineering and had been working as a lead developer and team lead. But I wanted the type of variety provided by working for different clients and I wanted to move into project management. Daugherty was able to provide those opportunities. Plus, at Daugherty I had a great mentor who taught me Daugherty’s RPM processes and today, I am proud to say that RPM inception and elaboration is my expertise.

My favorite projects
Naturally, RPM projects. You jump in knowing little about the client’s business and come out speaking their language and gaining a lot of business insight. I get to really make an impact by getting the projects done quicker and with higher quality.

After hours
I love spending time with my family. I have three kids, a husband, and 2 Labradors, and I serve as the Boy Scout Committee Secretary and as an Assistant Girl Scout leader. We enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities together, but sailing is my favorite thing to do.
