Why I chose Daugherty
I came to Daugherty in 1997 and was soon working on a big web-based portal project. I was able to grow my technical expertise, but was lured away by “top-tier” global consulting firms who promised even more rapid growth. However, I was on the road constantly and was working lots of unpaid overtime. I rejoined Daugherty in 2005 and was quickly assigned to a new .Net Mobility project. Now I am the technical architect and lead on the project. I don’t have to travel AND I am encouraged to broaden my skills rather than narrow them.
