I was at a point where I had three options: relocate, travel full-time, or move on. Because of my desire NOT to travel, my mentor at Oracle recommended Daugherty because they were heads above all the others. I interviewed with Daugherty and was sold right away on the business model, consultant care, and most of all, reputation around the St. Louis marketplace.
