.NET candidates:
- Experienced in designing web applications in a .NET environment
- Experienced with technologies such as Visual Studio 2008, .Net 3.5, SharePoint 2007, Visual Basic VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET, C++, C#, and CLR development in SQL Server 2005. We also have opportunities in .NET 3.0, Visual Studio 2005, Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0
- Daugherty practices Agile software development selecting processes, tools and techniques that are suited to each team and client. These include, but are not limited to: TDD, FDD, and Scrum
- A working knowledge of UML, version control systems, requirements management systems and testing
Java/J2EE candidates:
- A strong software development background with cumulative Java/J2EE experience totaling a minimum of 2 - 10 years
- Cumulative Object-Oriented Programming experience totaling a minimum of 3 years
- Solid experience in Client-side J2EE technologies such as JSP, Servlets, Domain Object Model, Struts, etc.
- Proficiency with Server-side J2EE technologies such as EJBs, Session Beans (Stateful/Stateless) and Entity Bean (Bean Managed/Container Managed)
- Solid knowledge of Industry Standards, Frameworks, and J2EE Design Patterns
- Solid experience in database design and development
Education Requirements: a B.S. or higher degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related area.
