Senior Account Managers

Daugherty Business Solutions has a nearly 25 year track record of profitability and helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of leading information technology. We are currently seeking to advance our success through the addition of experienced Information Technology Sales Professionals. This role demands confident achievers with strong communication skills, a consistent track record of increased sales and quota over-attainment, and an industry reputation for competence, professionalism and above all, integrity.

Responsibilities:  In this high profile role, the Senior Account Manager manages 5-10 accounts. Additional responsibilities include accountability for revenue targets, revenue generation, account planning/positioning, and customer relationships. The Senior Account Manager participates in identifying individual performance objectives in concert with the Sales Manager, developing complete account plans, developing strategies for penetrating new accounts, and creating a teaming approach with the Delivery Support organization to achieve end-to-end customer commitments/satisfaction.

Qualifications: The qualified candidate must have an excellent track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts, prospecting and developing major accounts, identifying needs, and orchestrating a sales pursuit approach that delivers a solution to meet those needs. The candidate must be well-versed in the art of complex selling by utilizing proven solutions/consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. In addition the candidate must be extremely proficient in prospecting and relationship building throughout client organizations to include C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO, etc.)

Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree, recent sales experience in any or most of our Lines Of Service (Business Intelligence, Custom Application Development, Mobile Computing, and ERP/SAP), and/or 5-7 years of experience in solutions/services sales to Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, with most of those years selling consulting services to those Fortune companies. Minimum experience 5-7 years preferred.
